Obituary
Bonnie J. Weaver was born October 23, 1928 in Ainsworth, Nebraska. She married Jerry E. Weaver on November 16, 1949 in Norfolk, Nebraska. Bonnie resided in Valentine, Nebraska for most of her adult life. She worked at Cherry County Courthouse and The Style Shop. Bonnie and Jerry owned and operated Weaver's Store and The Corner Hutch for several years.
Bonnie, age 84, passed away June 19, 2013. She is survived by her sister Helen, her son Gary and wife Pam, her daughter Linda and husband John, granddaughters Lori and Katie (Ken), grandsons Greg and Chris and great granddaughter Emma. She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her sister Betty and her grandson Brian.
Bonnie and Jerry loved to attend auctions and sales where they purchased items for their stores. They enjoyed the people they met along the way. Her favorite pastime was baking cookies for family and friends.
Private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Mount Hope Cemetery in Valentine.
