Irvin Orlando Sallette Sr. was born to Freddie and Gail Harris Sallette on October 27, 1969, in Macon, GA.  He attended Southwest High School in Macon.

Irvin enlisted in the United States Army on November 30, 1990, and was discharged, February 1, 1991.

Later in life Irvin met and married Anita Whiting in Valentine, NE.  Irvin worked as a Paraprofessional in the Todd County School District.

He survived by his wife Anita; parents Freddie and Gail; children, Kawanna, Chalandra, Jasmine, Irvin Jr., Ivory Sallette and Genevieve Cruz.  Also surviving are siblings, Freddie Jr., Marcus, Carlos and Shannon Sallette.  Along with a host of devoted grandchildren, cousins and friends.

Services will be held in Macon, GA with burial at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA.  A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 11th from 1-5 PM at Sandoz Chapel of the Pines in Valentine.
